about Nic

Nic Pope serves as the founding and lead pastor of Sequoia Church. Nic attended Fresno State University where he met his wife, Katie. After graduating from Fresno State, Nic and Katie moved to Massachusetts where he attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. After graduating, he and Katie answered a call to plant Sequoia Church here in Fresno.

Nic is ordained as a Minister of Word and Sacrament with the Reformed Church in America. He has three children, Adelaide, Emmy and Micah and two siamese cats, Eunice and Burnsie. The Pope family loves to travel and have been to dozens of countries around the world.
